Yes. I’ve got a copy of that book, in part for that reason. I’ve also got a cutout of a two page magazine add with a similar picture of the Comptec IMSA cars at RA.

Yes. They’re a slightly enlarged version of the 84-87 CRX/Civic, and the with only DO HC D-Series engine Honda ever made.
